How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I book a mentor session?
Go to Find Mentors, pick a mentor, choose an available time slot, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the session details.
How do I cancel a mentor session?
Open My Sessions from your sidebar and click "Cancel" on the pending session. Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
My payment succeeded but my plan is not active — what do I do?
This is usually resolved within a few minutes. If your plan is still inactive after 30 minutes, email us at support@quizzera.pk with your payment reference ID.
How do I download my exam results or career report?
Go to Reports in your sidebar. Your most recent career report and exam history are available there. Use the Download PDF button on the report page.
I applied to become a mentor — when will I hear back?
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email update at every stage of the process.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Every marketing email we send contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and your address will be removed within 24 hours.
Is my personal data safe on QUIZZERA?
Yes. QUIZZERA uses industry-standard encryption and never sells your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
