General Test Instructions

Welcome to QUIZZERA. Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your test to ensure a smooth, secure, and successful exam experience.

1. Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection throughout the examination.
  • Use an updated version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience.
  • Close unnecessary applications and browser tabs before starting the test to prevent system lag.
  • Verify that your name, test title, and other personal details are correct on the confirmation panel.
  • Make sure your device has sufficient battery backup or is connected to a stable power source.

2. Test Format

  • The examination consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Each question has one correct answer unless stated otherwise.
  • Read every question carefully before selecting your answer from the options.
  • Questions may appear in a fixed or randomized order depending on the specific examination settings.
  • Some tests may have sectional time limits or mandatory question sequences.

3. Time Management

  • The remaining time will be displayed on the screen throughout the examination.
  • The timer starts immediately after you click the “Start Test” button.
  • Your test will be submitted automatically when the allotted time expires.
  • Plan your time wisely and avoid spending too much time on a single question.

4. Navigation

  • Use the Next and Previous buttons to move between questions (if enabled).
  • You may review and modify your answers before final submission unless restricted by specific test settings.
  • Questions marked for review can be easily revisited before submitting the test.

5. During the Test

  • Do not refresh, reload, or close your browser window.
  • Avoid using the browser's Back or Forward buttons.
  • Do not open the same test in multiple tabs, browsers, or devices simultaneously.
  • Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity throughout the examination.
  • Save your progress whenever the option is available. QUIZZERA also periodically saves responses automatically where supported.

6. Academic Integrity

  • Attempt the test independently and honestly.
  • Do not use unauthorized books, notes, mobile phones, AI tools, or other external resources unless explicitly permitted.
  • Sharing questions, answers, screenshots, or examination content is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or compromise the examination process may result in:
    • Immediate termination of the test.
    • Cancellation of results.
    • Permanent suspension of your QUIZZERA account.
    • Reporting to the relevant institution or recruiting organization where applicable.

7. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical difficulties, do not repeatedly refresh the page.
  • Contact QUIZZERA Support immediately through the official support channels.
  • QUIZZERA is not responsible for interruptions caused by:
    • Internet connectivity issues or service provider drops.
    • Power outages.
    • Unsupported browsers or devices.
    • User negligence or accidental closure of the examination window.

8. Submission

  • Review all your answers before submitting the examination.
  • Once you click Submit Test, your responses cannot be changed.
  • Ensure you intentionally submit the examination before leaving the page.
  • If the timer expires, the system will automatically submit all saved responses.

9. Results

  • Results may be displayed immediately or after evaluation, depending on the examination settings.
  • Some examinations require manual review before final scores are released.
  • The availability of detailed solutions and explanations depends on the examination administrator's configuration.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your responses and examination data are securely stored and processed in accordance with QUIZZERA's Privacy Policy.
  • Activity logs, timestamps, and device information may be recorded to maintain examination integrity and prevent misuse.
