Refund & Chargeback Policy

Governing refund eligibility and payment disputes for QUIZZERA services

This Refund & Chargeback Policy governs refund eligibility and payment disputes for services provided by QUIZZERA, operated by MENTISERA (SMC-Private) Limited.

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this policy.

Nature of Services

QUIZZERA provides digitally delivered services including:

  • Online mock tests
  • MCQ practice access
  • Subscriptions
  • Downloadable study materials
  • AI-powered analytics access
  • Virtual mentor sessions

General Refund Rule (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of instant digital access:

The following are strictly non-refundable once accessed:

  • Subscriptions
  • Mock test purchases
  • Digital downloads (PDFs, notes)
  • AI-powered performance dashboards
  • Exam packages

Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  1. Payment was successfully charged but access was not activated; or
  2. A verified technical failure occurred solely due to QUIZZERA system error; or
  3. A mentor session was not delivered and not rescheduled.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway under a Pay-In Agreement with Numbers (Private) Limited.

Gateway Commission & Tax Deductions

The following payment processing charges apply and are non-refundable:

Chargebacks & Invalidated Payments

If a customer initiates a chargeback through their bank:

  • The transaction may be reversed by the bank or payment processor
  • Reversed amounts may be deducted from future settlements
  • Digital access logs may be used as proof of service delivery

QUIZZERA reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the user account during investigation
  • Permanently terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent disputes
  • Recover administrative and legal costs related to fraudulent chargebacks

Fraud & Abuse Protection

Refunds will NOT be granted in cases involving:

Attempted content copying or scraping
Partial usage followed by refund request
Performance dissatisfaction
Change of mind after access
Device compatibility issues

International Refund Considerations

For international users (UAE, KSA, India):

  • Digital services are classified as non-tangible goods
  • Cooling-off periods may not apply once digital access begins
  • VAT/GST components are non-refundable where applicable
  • Currency conversion losses are not refundable

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–14 working days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • International processing may take longer depending on bank

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a bank dispute, users must contact:

Failure to contact support prior to chargeback initiation may result in permanent account suspension.

Digital activation logs constitute proof of service delivery.
