Refund Policy

This policy describes how refund and cancellation requests are reviewed for subscriptions, packages, mentor sessions, and marketplace upgrades.

Requesting a refund

Send your transaction reference and reason to billing@quizzera.pk. Eligibility depends on the purchased service, usage, booking status, and applicable law. A request is not approved until Finance confirms it.

Mentor sessions

Session cancellation and rescheduling eligibility depends on the booking terms shown at checkout and whether a session has already occurred. Completed sessions are normally not refundable unless required by law or approved after review.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible. Payment-provider processing times may vary. Chargebacks, reversals, and adjustments are recorded in the related transaction history.
