QUIZZERA ("the Platform"), operated by MENTISERA (SMC-Private) Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Pakistan, is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at quizzera.pk and any related services.

By using QUIZZERA, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.

• Profile data: Display name, exam targets, city, and any optional profile details you provide.
• Usage data: MCQ attempts, exam scores, session durations, mastery levels, and feature interactions.
• Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store raw card numbers on our servers).
• Communications: Messages exchanged with mentors or support, and AI chat history, queries, and exam context logs sent to MENTIS.
• Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited for security, diagnostics, and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To personalise your study experience — adaptive MCQs, mastery tracking, and recommendations.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To connect you with mentors and facilitate session booking.
• To power MENTIS, our AI study assistant, using your exam context and queries to generate relevant answers and improve response quality.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, booking confirmations, payment receipts).
• To improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Mentors: Your name and booked session details are shared with the mentor you book.
• Service providers: Trusted third parties (hosting, database providers, payment gateways, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of QUIZZERA and its users.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to keep accounts secure, maintain sessions, support checkout continuity, and remember privacy choices. With your permission, we use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. 6. Google Ads, Cookies, and Personalized Advertising

If advertising is introduced, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize ads where permitted. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied until you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie-preferences control. QUIZZERA does not currently require optional advertising cookies to access public educational content.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial or tax compliance records).

QUIZZERA is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
