User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
Licenses & Subscriptions
The Service offers various license types, including free trials, paid subscriptions, and one-time purchases ("Licenses"). The features available to you depend on your active License.
For "Exam-Specific" or "Lifetime" licenses, the term "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the specific product or exam pack for which the license was purchased, not the lifetime of the user or the entire QUIZZERA® service. The Company reserves the right to discontinue services or products, in which case such licenses may be terminated.
Refund Policy
All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. If you are eligible for a refund for an in-app purchase, you must request it through the platform where you made the purchase. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these app stores.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
