Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QUIZZERA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, mentors, content editors, and any other users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use QUIZZERA. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@quizzera.pk if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not allowed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or MCQ answers outside the Platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract MCQ content or any platform data.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Impersonate any person, mentor, or QUIZZERA representative.
  • Use QUIZZERA for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Free tier access is provided as-is with no guarantees of continued availability.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
  • Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
  • All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

6. Mentor Sessions

  • Booking a mentor session creates a direct service agreement between you and the mentor.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to receive a full credit.
  • QUIZZERA is not responsible for the content or outcome of individual mentor sessions, though we do quality-screen mentors.
  • Do not share personal contact information with mentors outside the Platform until after a session is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on QUIZZERA — including MCQs, explanations, course material, MENTIS responses, design, and software — is owned by QUIZZERA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

User-generated content (e.g., forum posts, submitted questions) grants QUIZZERA a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.

8. AI Features (MENTIS)

MENTIS is an AI-powered study assistant. Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. MENTIS is a study aid, not a substitute for professional academic advice. Always verify critical information with official exam resources or qualified teachers.

9. Disclaimers

QUIZZERA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using it will meet your expectations. Exam success depends on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUIZZERA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to QUIZZERA in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid content ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of QUIZZERA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by local law.
