QUIZZERA operates as a cross-border digital education service provider.

QUIZZERA provides:

• Online MCQs practice banks
• Mock examinations (PPSC, FPSC, NTS, CSS, KPSC, BPSC, SPSC, UAE, KSA, etc.)
• AI-powered academic & career assistance
• Digital study materials & PDFs
• Mentor consultation sessions
• Performance analytics dashboards

QUIZZERA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government authority or examination body.

Users must:

• Be at least 16 years of age, or
• Use the platform under guardian supervision
• Provide accurate registration information

Accounts may be suspended for false or misleading data.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining login confidentiality
• All activity under their account
• Promptly reporting unauthorized access

QUIZZERA is not liable for losses caused by user negligence.

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via licensed third-party payment gateways under formal merchant agreements.

5.2 Merchant Discount Rate (MDR Disclosure)

Gateway charges applicable per transaction:

Gateway commission and applicable taxes are deducted at processing level.

5.3 Non-Refundable Processing Fees

Gateway commission and applicable taxes are non-refundable, even where a base product refund is approved.

6.1 Digital Products

Due to instant digital access, the following are strictly non-refundable once accessed:

• Subscriptions
• Mock tests
• PDFs
• Digital books
• Study materials

6.2 Mentor Services

Refunds may be issued only if:

• Session was not delivered; or
• Verified technical failure occurred

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

Approved refunds exclude gateway commission and taxes.

If a bank or payment processor reverses a transaction:

• User must cooperate in investigation
• Access may be suspended during review
• Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent termination and legal action

QUIZZERA reserves the right to recover administrative costs associated with fraudulent disputes.

Users shall not:

• Copy, scrape, extract, or redistribute MCQs
• Use automation tools or bots
• Reverse engineer platform systems
• Share paid content publicly
• Engage in abusive or unlawful conduct

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

All content including:

• MCQs
• Explanations
• AI outputs
• Branding
• Graphics
• Study materials

are exclusive intellectual property of MENTISERA (SMC-Private) Limited.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

Unauthorized reproduction may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

AI-generated guidance is informational only and does not constitute:

• Professional advice

• Exam success guarantee

Users are solely responsible for their decisions.

QUIZZERA does not guarantee:

• Examination qualification

Performance depends on individual preparation and external standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Payment gateway disruptions
• Technical downtime beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding three (3) months.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including:

• Pakistan cyber laws
• UAE Federal PDPL
• Saudi PDPL
• India IT Act principles

Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure.

Users may request access or correction of their personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

UAE

5% VAT may apply where required by UAE law.

Saudi Arabia

15% VAT may apply under ZATCA regulations.

India

GST/IGST may apply under place-of-supply rules.

Users are responsible for compliance with local tax obligations.

• Currency conversion is determined by issuing banks.
• International processing fees may apply.
• QUIZZERA is not responsible for exchange rate differences.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is detected
• Excessive refund/chargeback risk occurs
• Regulatory compliance requires action

Termination does not entitle user to refund.

QUIZZERA is not liable for delays or failures caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government actions
• Cyber incidents
• Payment network failures

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Islamabad under the Arbitration Act, 1940.

Proceedings may be conducted virtually.

Nothing herein restricts mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
