How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

How do I change my name or profile picture?

You can update your name, email, and profile picture URL from your Profile page. You can find the link to your profile in the user menu at the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Licenses & Payments

How do I upgrade my license?

You can view the available plans on our pricing page. To purchase a plan, click "Get Started" and follow the on-screen instructions for manual payment via bank transfer. After making the payment, please share the receipt on WhatsApp as instructed to get your license activated.

What is the difference between the 'Student' and 'Exam-Specific' licenses?

The Student license is a subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) that gives you full access to all exam packs and features. The Exam-Specific license is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to a single, specific exam pack (e.g., PPSC General Knowledge) without any expiry.

Quizzes & Exams

What happens if the timer runs out during a mock exam?

If the timer runs out, your quiz will be submitted automatically with the answers you have selected up to that point. You will then be taken to the results page.

Can I review my answers after completing a quiz?

Yes. After finishing a quiz, you'll be directed to a results page where you can see your score, review each question, your answer, the correct answer, and a detailed explanation.
