This Digital Delivery Policy explains how digital products and services purchased through QUIZZERA are delivered and accessed.

QUIZZERA is operated by MENTISERA (SMC-Private) Limited, Islamabad, Pakistan.

QUIZZERA provides non-physical, digitally delivered services including:

  • Online MCQ practice tests
  • Mock examination simulations
  • Digital study materials (PDFs, notes, structured content)
  • Subscription-based access to learning dashboards
  • AI-powered performance analytics
  • Mentor session bookings (virtual)

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery Method

Upon successful payment confirmation:

2.1 Account-Based Access

Access to purchased services is activated directly within the user's registered QUIZZERA account.

2.2 Instant Access

Most digital products are available immediately after payment processing.

2.3 Email Confirmation

Users receive an automated email confirming payment status, product details, and access activation confirmation.

Subscription Activation

For subscription-based services:

  • Access begins immediately upon successful payment
  • Subscription validity is calculated from activation time
  • Access automatically expires at the end of the subscription term unless renewed
