Thank you for choosing QUIZZERA®. Our goal is to provide a satisfactory experience for all our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the service has been accessed. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances.
In-App Purchases (Mobile)
All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. These platforms manage the transactions and billing process directly.
If you are eligible for a refund for an in-app purchase, you must request it through the platform where you made the purchase (Apple or Google). We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these app stores.
Web Subscriptions
For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, you may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 48 hours of the initial purchase, provided you have not extensively used the service (e.g., completed more than one timed quiz).
We do not provide refunds for renewal payments. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund in cases of:
- Billing errors where you were charged incorrectly.
- The service being unavailable or non-functional for an extended period shortly after your purchase.
